I was sent the wrong hot tub pillows but I contacted contact service and they were very prompt and polite about fixing the issue. Mistakes happen but it’s hard to find good customer service nowadays willing to help correct the issue and in such a fast manor.

Our holder was starting to break and after several attempts to glue, we bit the bullet to reorder. This works like the original. The only problem we has was with USPS delivery, but that's not vendor's fault. Will order from them again.

Bolted up to my Grand I35-C gas fireplace and worked perfectly. Existing temperature sensor on/off switch and variable control knob worked, and didn’t need replacing. Very happy with the result and not needing to spend thousands on a new fireplace. Thank you.
