Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of placement. Please note that orders placed after midnight on Thursdays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped (excluding store pickups), you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have an account with us, you can also view the tracking details in your account dashboard.

Incorrect Shipping Address Alterations

Please note that if an address change is requested after your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier may charge a fee to return the shipment to us. Customers will be responsible for covering this fee. A customer representative will inform you of the associated costs before proceeding with the address change request.

Shipping Restrictions

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

US Territories & Protectorates

At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia and Alaska Shipping to U.S. territories and Freely Associated States is not available.

Professional Buyers

We do not accept orders from dealers, resellers, or distributors. We are a consumer-focused retailer, and any orders identified as placed by a business entity will be canceled and refunded.

Free Shipping

Occasionally, we offer free ground shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to shipping addresses in the Lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, free shipping does not extend to Alaska. Free shipping does not apply to items that fall under the flat rate shipping category which can be found below.

Flat Rate Shipping

To make our heavier products more accessible to customers, we’ve implemented a flat rate shipping cost based on the weight of each item. We're committed to keeping our shipping rates competitive, and we will continue to evaluate them to ensure the best value for our customers. However, we reserve the right to adjust the flat rate shipping costs at any time.

Order Size

• Ground Shipping: Orders cannot exceed 125 lbs. at checkout. For shipments to Alaska, the limit is 30 lbs.

• 2nd Day Air: Orders must not exceed 30 lbs. Ground shipping will be the only available option for orders above this limit. We also cannot expedite hazardous materials via air.

Liquid-based Products

Items containing liquids, such as Leisure Time Defender, must be shipped via ground shipping. If your order contains any liquid-based products, the entire shipment will default to ground shipping. This also applies to all hazardous material items.
