Grilled Jerk Chicken Kebabs Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs. Air chilled boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 Tbsp. Jerk seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 whole Red bell peppers, cut into cubes
- 1 Small/Medium Pineapple
- 1 whole Onion, cut into cubes

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the cubed chicken in a plastic bag and add your jerk seasoning. Shake the bag until the chicken is fully coated. Once the chicken is coated, prepare your kebabs by placing the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onions on metal skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Place the kebabs on your grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Note: You can use wooden skewers instead of metal skewers if you prefer. Make sure to soak the wooden skewers in water for at least one hour before cooking.
