To extend their lifespan, there are a couple of simple steps you can take. First, always allow chlorine and other chemicals to “off-gas” before closing the cover. Second, ensure that when the jets are off and the tub is not in use, the pillows remain dry and out of the water. Every hot tub is different, so it’s hard to pinpoint the ideal water level, but as long as the pillows aren’t continuously submerged, they’ll last much longer.
