Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. There are a few ways that you can cancel or skip an upcoming subscription. The first way is by going directly to your customer account from our store and managing the subscription there. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. To pause or skip your order, you must do so 48 hours before your subscription order will renew.

We reserve the right to cancel subscription contracts at any time and for any reason. During product shortages, you may receive updates from our customer service team with estimated delivery times if your subscription order is delayed. In rare cases of severe shortages, we will notify you that your subscription has been canceled, and our team will handle the cancellation on your behalf.

Patio Perks Rewards Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty rewards program, including any aspect thereof, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to customers. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, alterations in reward structures, redemption thresholds, eligibility criteria, customer point totals and expiration policies. Customers agree that the company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such modifications. Continued participation in the loyalty rewards program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Patio Perks will not be earned on major purchases such as fireplace inserts, freestanding stoves, built-in fireplaces, hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, burners or massage chairs. While our system may inadvertently award points for these purchases initially, please note that our customer support team regularly reviews accounts and will remove any Patio Perks points earned from the purchase of excluded items listed above. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to continue offering a rewarding loyalty program on eligible products.

Applying Discounts to Subscriptions

In the event that Leisure Time Inc. offers a sale applicable to products within your subscription, it is incumbent upon the customer to contact us via phone or email to request the discount be manually applied. Please note that Leisure Time Inc. does not automatically apply discounts to subscription orders. Following the initial discount, the subscription cost will revert to the full price of the product(s).

Shipping

If the product in your subscription does not meet the minimum order value for free shipping, you will be charged for shipping. Rest assured that we do our best to select the most efficient and cost-effective option for all of our customers.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment up front. You can cancel preorder order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund.
