Get fired up for National Taco Day with our mouthwatering Grilled Asada Tacos! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒฎ Unveil the flavors of perfectly marinated beef, expertly grilled for that irresistible char. Taco Day is just around the corner, and it's time to embrace the flavors, colors, and rich history that this iconic dish brings to our tables; let's taco 'bout it!!



  • 2 pounds carne asada or skirt steak

  • 1 onion finely diced

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/2 bunch bunch cilantro stemmed and chopped

  • 1/2 cup diced chilis

  • 1/4 cup adobo sauce (see recipe notes)

  • 1/4 cup vinegar

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup beef broth

  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce green



  1. With the vegetables prepared and with your Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Beef Broth, create a flavor-packed marinade by mixing these items together in a big bowl. This marinade is the secret behind these amazing tacos.

  2. Lay the beef in the marinade, ensuring each piece is lovingly coated. Pop the marinated meat into a sealed container or Ziploc bag, squeezing out air to seal in all that goodness.

  3. Allow your beef to marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours, for taste that's worth the wait.

  4. Fire up your grill to medium high heat. Place the meat onto the grates, grilling each side for 1-2 minutes.
