400g sourdough starter

500g bread flour

350ml warm water

Preheat your pizza oven to 500Β°F (260Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, bread flour, and warm water. Mix well until a dough forms.

Add the salt and knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 4-6 hours. During this time, the dough should double in size.
