What Is the Valet Program?
The Valet Program is the simplest way to keep your hot tub in top condition without lifting a finger. Instead of booking one-off service calls (and paying the per-visit rate every time), you pay a flat monthly or annual fee and a Leisure Time Inc. technician handles the regular maintenance on a schedule that works for you.
It's the same trained, in-house service team that handles every other repair we do ā not subcontractors. Our technicians are factory-trained on Hot Spring, Caldera, Sundance, American Whirlpool, Freeflow, Endless Pools, and the other brands we sell, and they have direct manufacturer parts access if anything needs to be ordered during a visit.
Because all parts and labor are guaranteed and we're tracking your spa visit-by-visit, problems get caught before they become expensive repairs. Most subscribers find the program pays for itself between the discount versus Ć la carte pricing, the priority scheduling, and the early issue detection.

1. Select Your Plan
Start by deciding which tier fits your needs: Basic for routine water care and inspections, or Premium if you also want deep cleaning, surface care, cover protection, and a written service report after every visit. The comparison chart above breaks down exactly what's included at each tier so you can see the difference at a glance. Most first-time Valet customers start with Basic ā it covers everything needed to keep water safe and balanced ā and upgrade to Premium later once they've had a feel for the service. Both tiers are real, complete care plans, not stripped-down versions of each other.

2. Determine Your Frequency
Next, decide how often you'd like us to visit: once per month or twice per month. One visit per month works well for couples and small households who use their tub a few times a week. Two visits per month is the right call for daily soakers, families with kids, frequent entertainers, and vacation rental owners ā anywhere usage is higher or water chemistry shifts more rapidly. If you're not sure which fits your situation, start with one visit per month. You can switch to twice per month at any time after the first month at no extra setup cost.

3. Fill Out the Sign-Up Form
Use the form on this page to tell us about your hot tub and which plan you'd like. We'll need your contact information, your hot tub's brand and model, your address (for service routing), and which Valet tier and frequency you've chosen. The form takes about 3 minutes to complete. Once submitted, a member of our service team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm pricing, walk through what to expect, and answer any questions before anything is finalized. You won't be charged or locked in until you've spoken with our team and confirmed everything ā submitting the form just starts the conversation.

4. Schedule Your First Valet Visit
Once your enrollment is confirmed, we'll work with you to schedule your first service visit at a time that fits your schedule. Most first visits happen within 7 to 10 business days of sign-up, though we can often accommodate sooner if your spa needs immediate attention. You don't need to be home ā our technicians can access your tub through a gate code, a key under a mat, or any other arrangement you set up. After the first visit, we'll establish a regular schedule (same day each month, or rotating dates that work better for your situation), and you'll receive a confirmation before each upcoming appointment. From there, your hot tub care is on autopilot.
Who the Valet Program Is For?
The Valet Program is designed for hot tub owners who want a beautifully maintained spa without the time, learning curve, or hassle of doing the maintenance themselves. It's especially valuable for:
- Busy households where keeping up with weekly water testing and chemical balancing is the first thing to slip.
- New hot tub owners who don't yet feel confident managing water chemistry ā and want professional guidance during the learning curve.
- Second-home owners in places like Sun Valley, Driggs, McCall, or Jackson Hole, where the spa needs reliable maintenance even when the property is unoccupied.
- Owners of high-end hot tubs (Hot Spring, Caldera, Sundance) who want to protect their investment with consistent professional care.
- Anyone who has had unexpected hot tub repairs in the past ā regular professional maintenance catches small issues before they become expensive ones.
Valet Prgram FAQ
What's actually included in a Valet Program visit?
Every visit covers the essentials of hot tub maintenance: complete water testing (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer, hardness), chemical balancing and sanitizer replenishment, shock treatment when needed, filter rinsing, cover inspection, and a visual equipment check. Premium-tier visits add deep filter cleaning, full shell and jet wipe-down above the waterline, cover conditioning with vinyl protectant, priority scheduling, and a written service report after each visit. A typical Valet visit takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on tier and tub size.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium service?
Basic covers everything needed to keep your water safe, balanced, and clean ā testing, chemistry, sanitizer, filter rinsing, and inspections. Premium adds the longer-term protection layer: deep filter cleaning, shell and surface care, cover conditioning (which meaningfully extends cover life), priority scheduling, and a written report so you have records of every visit. If you mostly want clean, safe water without thinking about it, Basic is the right fit. If you also want to protect the long-term condition of your spa and cover, Premium is the better value over time.
How do I choose between 1 visit per month and 2 visits per month?
It comes down to use. One visit per month works well for casual or moderate users ā couples or small households who use the tub a few times a week. Two visits per month is the right choice for heavy users (daily soakers, families with kids who use the tub regularly), vacation rental owners (where guests can affect water chemistry quickly), and homeowners who entertain frequently or host weekend gatherings. If you're not sure, start with 1x per month ā you can always upgrade to 2x after the first month if you find your water is harder to keep balanced between visits.
Do I have to be home when the technician comes?
No. Most Valet customers aren't home during their service visits. Our technicians can access your hot tub through a gate code, key under a mat, or any other arrangement you set up at signup. We'll text or email you a confirmation when the visit is scheduled, and again after the visit is complete. Premium customers also receive a written service report summarizing what was done and any issues observed, so you have a full record even if you weren't there to see the work in person.
What happens if the technician finds a problem with my hot tub?
We'll let you know immediately and walk you through your options. Small issues ā a worn pillow, a filter that needs replacing, low chemical inventory ā we can typically address on the spot with materials from our truck (you'll be billed separately for any consumables used). Larger issues like a leaking pump, a failed heater element, or a control panel issue require a separate service appointment, which we can usually schedule within a few business days. Valet customers receive priority scheduling on these service calls, and we keep complete records of each visit so we can spot patterns before they become emergencies.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
Yes, all Valet plans require a 1-year commitment. This is what allows us to schedule visits efficiently, keep pricing predictable, and prioritize Valet customers during busy service seasons. After the first year, the program continues on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you purchase a new hot tub from Leisure Time Inc., your first 2 months of Basic 1x service are included free ā a chance to try the program before committing to a full year.
Are chemicals included in the Valet Program price?
Routine chemicals applied during regular visits (sanitizer dosing, shock when needed, pH balancers) are included in the monthly cost. If your tub needs unusual quantities or specialty products ā for example, a full chemistry reset after a problem, calcium adjusters for very hard water, or specific water care products outside our standard list ā those are billed separately at member-discounted rates. Valet customers also receive a discount on any additional chemicals or parts purchased from any of our three Idaho showrooms.
Do you service hot tubs throughout the year, including winter?
Yes. We service hot tubs year-round across all three Idaho locations (Boise, Idaho Falls, and Twin Falls). Winter service is actually one of the highest-value times to have Valet coverage ā water chemistry changes more rapidly in cold weather, covers see more wear from snow and ice, and small equipment issues can escalate quickly when ambient temperatures drop. Visits proceed on schedule throughout the winter except in cases of extreme weather (heavy snowstorms, dangerous roads), in which case we reschedule for the next available date and notify you in advance.
