Overview
The RUTLAND Chimney Sweep® Pellet Stove Vent Brush with Handle is very flexible and includes an attached handle to easily navigate bends and elbows of a pellet stove vent pipe or a dryer vent. Won’t scratch or damage metal pipe. Brush filament is 0.020" poly. For light cleaning only. Available in two different brush sizes (3" and 4") and two different handle lengths (10' and 20').

Directions
Please consult your stove’s user manual for more specific instructions on cleaning. You may need to disconnect your stove’s vent pipe for adequate cleaning according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Measure the inside dimension of your vent pipe and select a brush with the same dimension.
- Shut down stove and disconnect power cord.
- Cover the work area with a protective covering.
- To expose the vent pipe outlet, it might be necessary to remove a combustion blower cover. Insert the brush into the vent pipe and work the brush back and forth several times.
- Check for debris in elbows or T connections. Reassemble any disconnected parts. Sweep or vacuum up all residues. Clean the brush after use.
