We designed every aspect of the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes with pizza makers in mind. We made the boxes white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-proofing your dough. We gave them smooth, tapered internal walls so your dough balls are easy to remove. We molded in easy-grip handles for transport. We used durable, food-grade plastic for easy cleaning. And for all of us with limited cabinet space, the dough boxes nest inside each other for storage.
