Leisure Time Inc. opened its first store in Idaho Falls in 1974 — and we've been servicing hot tubs and fireplaces in this region ever since. Most regional dealers subcontract their service work. We don't. The Idaho Falls service team is on staff full-time and dispatched directly from the Woodruff Avenue showroom, which means:

Treat as urgent in East Idaho. Common causes include a tripped GFCI breaker, dirty filters, low water, a failed heater element, or a failing circulation pump. Sub-zero temperatures plus a non-heating tub equals risk of freeze damage to pumps, heaters, and plumbing. Call (208) 523-4633 right away.

Usually a worn thermocouple or thermopile, a clogged pilot orifice, or a draft issue at the venting. Common after summer dormancy, especially in homes with infrequently-used fireplaces — book annual service before the heating season starts.

Usually an auger jam, a worn auger motor, a blown igniter, or a fouled combustion fan. Heavy pellet stove use through East Idaho winters means annual cleaning is essential — most issues we see in February and March trace back to skipped fall maintenance.

Error codes vary by manufacturer (Hot Spring, Caldera, Sundance, etc.) but most indicate a flow, temperature, or sensor issue. Have the model and the exact code ready when you call — we can often diagnose remotely before sending a tech.

Our Idaho Falls team is the authorized service provider for the brands sold in our showroom, with factory-trained technicians and direct manufacturer parts access. We also service most other major brands subject to parts availability.
