Each of our three Idaho showrooms has its own Google Business Profile. To make sure your review reaches the right team and helps the right shoppers, please choose the location where you had your experience:

Not sure which location? If you bought online or you're not sure which showroom your service team worked out of, the Idaho Falls location is our online order fulfillment center ā that's typically the right place to leave your review.
What to Expect (And What Makes a Helpful Review)
Reviews don't have to be long or perfect ā but a few simple things make them more useful for future shoppers:
- Mention what you bought or what was done. "Hot tub purchase" or "fireplace installation" or "spa parts" ā gives context to other shoppers.
- Name the team member if they helped. If a salesperson, technician, or service advisor stood out, naming them (we have folks like Pete, Austin, and many others on the team) recognizes their work and helps other customers know who to ask for.
- Be honest. If something didn't go right, say so ā but consider whether we had a chance to fix it (see note below).
- One or two paragraphs is plenty. No need to write a novel. The most useful reviews are often the most direct.
If You Had a Negative Experience ā Read This First
Please give us a chance to make it right. If you're considering leaving a negative review because something went wrong with your purchase, installation, or service ā we'd genuinely like to hear from you first. Most issues we can resolve quickly with a phone call. The few we can't, you can absolutely post about ā but it helps us, and helps you, to start with a direct conversation.
