A note on how we handle reviews: We don't curate reviews to hide criticism. The platforms below are independent — we can't edit, remove, or filter what customers post. When you read a negative review on Google, Yelp, or BBB, that customer had a real experience worth taking seriously. We read every review we can, respond when we can help, and use feedback to improve. If you're a customer with an unresolved issue, please reach out before posting — most concerns can be addressed faster with a phone call.

How We Use Customer Feedback
Reviews aren't just about social proof for us — they're how we get better. Here's what we actually do with feedback:
- We read it. Reviews across our platforms are monitored regularly. Our showroom managers see what their customers are saying.
- We respond when we can help. If a review mentions an unresolved issue, we reach out to the customer to try to make it right.
- We share critiques internally. Service-related feedback gets surfaced to the relevant team — installation, parts, sales, service — so we can address patterns rather than just one-off issues.
- We don't argue with customers in public review threads. If a review is unfair in our view, we'd rather call the customer directly than start a public back-and-forth. The few times we do respond publicly, it's usually to acknowledge an issue and invite a private conversation.
- We don't pay for reviews or filter negative ones. What you read on third-party platforms is what customers actually wrote.
About the Mixed Reviews
If you spend time on our review platforms, you'll see the full range — glowing praise alongside frustrated complaints. We won't try to spin that. Like any business that handles thousands of orders, hundreds of installations, and decades of service calls, we don't get every interaction right. Sometimes a fireplace install hits delays. Sometimes a service tech misses something the first time. Sometimes a customer needs more communication than they received.
What we'd ask: read the negative reviews honestly, and read our responses to them where applicable. If a review tells the full story of an issue we worked to resolve, that's information worth weighing alongside the criticism itself. If you're a current customer and something hasn't gone right, please reach out before posting — most issues we can fix, but only if we know about them in time.
