Products purchased from our online shop within the last 30 days can be returned. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that your item(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Electronics
  • Pumps / Motors

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In the event that your refund request is not approved, we will provide you with a detailed explanation in the email notification. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Within 5 business days, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


All sales on any electronics are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on any electronic products.

When requesting a return label from us, please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount. For customers utilizing our return label procedure, it is important to know that shipping insurance is automatically included.
