Overview
Rutland's 500 degree F RTV High Heat Silicone Sealant is a flexible high het material that forms a tough, rubbery seal. This product remains flexible up to 450 degrees F continuously or 500 degrees F intermittently. Adheres to glass, metal, plastic, aluminum, and wood.

Directions for Use
*Wear protective gloves and eyewear*
*Make sure that the surface clean, dry, and free of dirt, oil, grease, and rust. For best adhesion, clean surface with alcohol or acetone*
- Knead the tube before use.
- Cute the tube tip to desired opening.
- Sealant can be applied in temperatures as low as 30 degrees F provided the bonding surfaces are dry and frost-free.
- Does not sag or slump even when applied at 100 degrees F or higher.
- Tool the joints immediately after application.
- Sealant will be tack-free in 20 minutes and fully cured after 24 hours.
*Note: Sealant releases acetic acid (vinegar-like odor) during cure*
